    Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you thrive in a nurturing environment where creativity and curiosity are encouraged? We are seeking a dedicated, experienced EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) Teacher to help establish our new preschool due to open in September. This is an exciting new venture that is looking for an enthusiastic team leader who possesses a multitude of qualities that will inspire, guide and empower others to achieve the best outcome.

    About Us: At Holy Trinity Preschool, we believe that every child deserves the best start in life.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

    • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the holistic development of each child

    • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration

    • Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress and inform future planning

    • Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment that meets regulatory standards and promotes health and wellbeing

    • Manage and guide other members of the preschool team with the support of the EYFS Lead

    • Excellent team player

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Early Years Education

    • Experience working with children aged 3-5, preferably in a nursery or early years setting

    • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and its principles

    • Forest school experience and qualification beneficial

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

    • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for young children
