Pro currently has an exciting new opportunity for a Claims Administrator to join our busy and growing P&C Claims Team.
Pro operates a hybrid working model, with the majority of your time working from home and from our Gloucester office on a weekly basis and as business dictates
.
Responsibilities
- Claims data processing
- Data analysis / manipulation
- Verifying financials / technical entries
- Claims triage
- Claims mailbox management
- Performing sanction checks
- Raising payments
- Query resolution
- Ad hoc administration tasks
- Liaison with internal & external parties
- Compliance with strict SLA's
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of the Lloyds & London Insurance markets and /or general insurance industry would be beneficial but not essential full training will be provided
- Microsoft desktop tools, such as Word and Excel
- Ability to deliver accurate information with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills in order to meet Client requirements
- Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
- A conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients.

£19,300.00-£21,300.00 per year
