Pro currently has an exciting new opportunity for a Claims Administrator to join our busy and growing P&C Claims Team.


Pro operates a hybrid working model, with the majority of your time working from home and from our Gloucester office on a weekly basis and as business dictates
.



Responsibilities

  • Claims data processing
  • Data analysis / manipulation
  • Verifying financials / technical entries
  • Claims triage
  • Claims mailbox management
  • Performing sanction checks
  • Raising payments
  • Query resolution
  • Ad hoc administration tasks
  • Liaison with internal & external parties
  • Compliance with strict SLA's

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of the Lloyds & London Insurance markets and /or general insurance industry would be beneficial but not essential full training will be provided
  • Microsoft desktop tools, such as Word and Excel
  • Ability to deliver accurate information with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills in order to meet Client requirements
  • Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
  • A conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£19,300.00-£21,300.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Hybrid remote in Gloucester
