Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in various technology sectors

• Conducting prior art searches and providing patentability opinions
• Assisting with IP due diligence, freedom to operate analyses, and infringement opinions
• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay abreast of legal and technological changes

Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in patent law, specifically in the technology sector
• Having passed foundation exams with a view to qualifying as a Patent Attorney
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
• A strong track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines
