    #SHES Advisor ( Construction) - based out of either Hemel Hemptead, Canock or Kentish Town


    Would you like to join one of the UK's Best Big Companies as awarded by Best Companies? The SHES Advisor will assist the SHES Management in the implementation of Group SHES Management Systems and provide SHES advice and support to employees within Specialist Business.


    Carry out regular inspections of sites and workplaces to determine whether work is being carried out in accordance with Company Policy, Procedures, and the relevant Statutory Provisions.

    Carry out accident/incident investigations in accordance with the Company procedure and, analysing all data, making recommendations to avoid any reoccurrences.

    Collate Business / Contract SHES statistics in a timely manner and submit to the SHES Management & SHES function for reporting purposes.

    Assist and provide support in the preparation and review of project SHES documents including those of 3rd parties.
    Carry out site inductions and other training as required.
    NEBOSH qualified.
    Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.)
    Experience within civil engineering or construction.
    Must have full UK Licence and be flexible with travel to travel to sites and stay over if required
