Description

A sector leading manufacturer of innovate complex metal solutions with a global customer base has a new vacancy for a Sales Manager to join the team.

Applicants are sought with a proven track record of leading & developing a sales team and will be responsiblefor delivering exceptional service to customers and you will ideally have worked within a metals manufacturing environment (although this is not essential).


Commutable from:
Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford, Coventry, Birmingham, Banbury.

Salary:
£40,000 to £ 55,000 p.a. + benefits

Suitable for:
Sales Manager, Sales Director, Business Development Manager

The Role
Manage, develop and coach the sales team

Set the company objectives and set relevant individual targets and objectives

Sales forecasting, sales analytics and resource management

Identify & track new business opportunities

Identifying channels for new business development

Meet clients and work with suppliers to develop product

Work with purchasing to negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors

Attending networking & trade events

Previous experience of successfully managing and developing a successful and happy sales team.

Have a passion to learn, develop and constantly improve your skills.

Have excellent communication and numeracy skills.

Good relationship builder

Customer focused approach with result's orientated,' can do' attitude.

Applicants from an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment will have an advantage

Ideally will have worked in an Small, Medium Enterprise (SME)
