Customer Sales Representative


We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service while driving sales growth.

Your role is critical in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and recommending solutions that meet those needs.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and guide them through the sales process.
  • Identify and qualify leads and opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment with mínimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary:
£22,173.00-£25,530.00 per year
