Graduate Surveyor - Camden Area, United Kingdom - WSS Partners
Description
A London based Investment and Asset Management firm are seeking a Graduate Surveyor to join their Asset Management team.
The role will work closely with the Head of Asset Management by providing day-to-day and strategic management across their portfolio.
The portfolio is spread across the South East of England and consists of multi-let industrial, shopping centre, high street retail, office, mixed use and leisure assets.
Key responsibilities include:
Undertake all aspects of day-to-day property management.
Manage the marketing and viewings of void properties.
Liaise with leasing agents and consider the best new lease terms.
Appoint and manage contractors on CAPEX and refurbishment works.
Understanding of L&T legislation (e.g. alterations, assignments, lettings, renewals and rent reviews).
Build strong relationships with tenants, internal stakeholders and external consultants.
Prepare annual service charge budgets and compile monthly performance reports.
Candidate requirements:
Degree or Masters in Real Estate or Property.
Degree placement year/work experience within the Real Estate market.
Ability to work as part of a small team and learn quickly.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Commercially minded.

Office based in Central London (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home).
