    Description

    Job Purpose

    We are seeking a highly experienced individual who has an extensive knowledge in customer service and can provide our 5-star service delivery whilst maintaining a subtle, yet visible security presence within a newly built prestigious development in the heart of Soho.

    This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 19:00 but candidates are expected to be flexible in the event of operational changes or unforeseen circumstances.

    We offer a competitive rate of pay of PS13.15 and you will be entitled to 28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver a 5-star guest experience at all times
    • Escort client staff from the building to their taxi/car where required
    • Anticipate clients' needs/problems before they arise and that their expectations are met and exceeded each day
    • Maintain a high security awareness at all times and adopt a proactive approach to situations as they develop
    • Be seen as a visible customer focused professional by being proactive and greet clients and visitors where possible
    • Proficient use of relevant communications equipment will require candidate to have good communication skills
    • Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered
    • Loading Bay management
    • Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents that occur.
    • Oversee and manage any emergency evacuations in your respective area of responsibility and be prepared to make difficult decisions in fast developing emergency situations
    • Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with management instructions.
    • Complete a full detailed handover at the end of each shift

    Person Specification

    • Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence required and CCTV licence is highly desirable
    • Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated team player
    • Reliable and willing to work day/night shifts
    • Previous experience in a customer service/security facing role
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels
    • Ability to work independently with confidence, using own initiative as required, especially in highly dynamic emergency situations
    • Look for opportunities to enhance client/visitor experience
    • Clear, concise and confident communication skills which are customer service orientated with a very keen eye for detail
    • Confidence and common sense to access and utilise expert resources when making decisions
    • Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality at all times
    • Computer literate with good email etiquette. Experience in use of security systems and Microsoft systems is an advantage
    • Have an acute sense of security awareness
    • 5 years of continuous work employment history without gaps and verifiable work history
    • Provide support to the wider when required.
