    JOB TITLE: Lead Maintenance Engineer (1 person site)

    LOCATION: Portman Square

    SHIFT PATTERN: Mon-Fri, 8-5

    SALARY: £48,


    ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

    To efficiently manage and support the continual running of this high-profile customers operating environment on a day to day basis at a commercial property in Portman Square, ensuring consistent operational delivery through smart working and the efficient execution of their day to day tasks. To liaise with the Helpdesk, Management Team and customer to provide excellent service delivery.

    Reporting to the Account Manager.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    · City & Guilds technical qualifications – electrical bias

    · Previous lead/supervisory experience essential in managing engineers and specialists

    · Experience with using CAFM systems

    · Experience with raising W/O's and some budgetary control desirable

    · Raising quotations and submitting to the customer

    · Good IT skills – Intermediate level, excel, word, power point

    · Excellent communication skills as this will be a client facing role

    · Good understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace

    · Excellent understanding of M&E Building Services with a minimum of 5 years' experience

    · Excellent skills required in keeping site log books fully up to date

    · Dealing with a wide range of M&E emergencies

    · Reviewing RAMS and updating a customers CAFM System (Elogs)

    · Booking in and supervising attending specialist

    · Assist the contract administrator with populating the monthly report

    · This is a hands on role undertaking routine PPM

    · Some overtime available

    · To ensure statutory & non statutory compliance allways

    Desirable

    · IOSH/NEBOSH qualification

    · HV Authorised Person – Electrical / Mechanical / Confined Spaces / Working @ Height / LOTO

    · Electrical and Multi Skilled desirable
