Temporary, Temp to PermIgloo is looking for Vehicle Technicians to join our client's team in the Coventry area Our client is a highly regarded and long-established automotive company, specialising in the restoration of classic cars

The Role:

• Conducting fault diagnosis on engines, brakes, transmissions, fuel systems, etc.
• Performing servicing and repairs on classic cars.
• Identifying potential hazards and maintaining the condition of tools and machinery.
• Adhering to high standards of health and safety.

Requirements for the role:

• A good knowledge of traditional petrol engines, in particular carburettor fuel systems and distributor type ignition systems.
• A good knowledge of fault finding on traditional vehicles.
• A good knowledge of engine building.
• A general knowledge of traditional electrical, transmission, braking and suspension systems.
• An ability to solve technical problems with good engineering practice.
• An ability to work effectively within a team of five skilled technicians.
• Self-motivated with commitment to high quality where job satisfaction is important
