Role Summary


To support business performance and create business advantage, we are recruiting an ambitious
Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated and inspirational Sales Team.

This role is central in driving organisational sales leads to achieve & continuously improvement operation targets.

A Customer Service Advisor serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking to obtain advice & services from our award-winning organisation.

Your primary goal is to support existing and new customers with any assistance requirements to ensure that customers are satisfied with our service or products.

Providing a high-quality service to all internal & external stakeholders comprising of handling inbound & outbound calls, recording data utilising our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce), facilitating customer visits, and undertaking a range of processing sales tasks.


This role is central in driving organisational growth & delivering operation targets, by supporting other departments in meeting customer expectations you will be an integral and valued part of the Parkacre team.
