    About the Nursing Home:


    This Nursing Home offers nursing care and residential care to older adults, the bright, welcoming purpose-built accommodation is laid out over two floors with eight separate wings.

    Bedrooms are light and airy, well-furnished, and decorated to a high standard; however, residents are encouraged to bring items of their furniture and possessions with them so that their room can become truly their own

    The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the Nursing Home involves:

    Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standard.
    Completing physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
    Creating individualised care plans for residents.
    Updating care plans daily.
    Safely administering and recording of medication
    Liaising effectively with external suppliers and health care providers.
    Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.
    Ensuring effective rotas are in place.

    Use a person-centred approach to ensure every individuals needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.


    Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role:
    You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
    Active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN
    Clear DBS.
