- Own all content development and community management: Media, Influencers, Brand Partnerships & Community
- Brand Activation: Lead and implement best in class consumer activation plans
- Analyse and report on brand performance
- Deliver NPD and create effective go to market plans which will include customer sell in decks, packaging and communications
- Portfolio performance and review to keep the brand proposition ahead of the competition
- FMCG brand management experience is essential for this role, to know the customer/grocery channels as well as work with consumer insight and data
- An appreciation of working in an entrepreneurial or start-up environment
- Previous experience of creating content and working with media influencers
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical
- Able to work with plenty of initiative
