**Key Responsibilities :**Team
Support the team, working effectively, proactively and collaboratively together in all matters:
- Event management; scheduling, liaising with facilitator, booking speakers, venues, catering, post course content and review, liaising with pathway leaders
- Delegate management; point of contact, assignment of learning content,
- LMS support; management of pathway specific learning plans and content, uploading recorded workshops, review of content, attendance record updating, updating pathway groups, management of notifications
- Graduate log audit
- Close liaison with the Future Development Team

- Onboarding
- Annual Graduate Induction
- RICS APC Training Schedules
- Competency Workshops
- Pathway Workshops
- Presentation Training
- Revision Days
- Mock interview
- Financial Management
- Training Agreements
- Supervisor/Counsellor Training
