About the role:

As our Global Retail Product Owner, you will be instrumental in driving the evolution of Dyson's retail landscape.

Your primary focus will be on deploying a cutting-edge POS system across our global retail network, propelling Dyson towards its goal of becoming an omni-channel retailer.

You will need to possess a profound comprehension of retail operations, customer expectations, and emerging technologies.

Reporting to the Head of Global Retail Product, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritise features, and drive transformative solutions.


Your accountabilities include supporting Global Retail with system analysis, data insights, and process optimisation using tools like Signavio/Visio, Tableau, and Looker.

You will be responsible for collecting and preparing project updates, delivering reporting requests, and enhancing dashboards in alignment with business priorities and timelines.

Collaborating with IT Application Services, you will define and prioritise requirements for future enhancements, exploring opportunities for deploying omni-channel functionality.

Additionally, you will cultivate internal relationships with key stakeholders and continuously seek enhancement opportunities within the business.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping Dyson's retail landscape and ensuring seamless integration of technology to enhance customer experiences across all touchpoints.


About you:


  • Agile or waterfall delivery team experience
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to identify areas for improvement
  • Organised, deliveryfocused, and selfinitiativedriven
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Experience in project management from conceptualisation to implementation
  • Proficient in creating, executing, and documenting projectbased Business Test cases
  • Basic understanding of Retail Industry and processes, including Aftersales, Logistics, and Omni-Channel
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Capable of working well in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Skilled in presenting technical information to various audiences for understanding and persuasion
