    Job Title Vendor Management Specialist


    The Infrastructure Vendor Management Office (iVMO) manages the divisional contract and Vendor legal governance and contributes to the required group wide transparency on our key vendor partners to drive informed management decisions.


    As a iVMO Vendor Management Specialist, you will act as a support function to the Vendor Management Lead with the creation of MI, data extraction and reporting to drive better decision making.

    You will be responsible for ensuring business function adherence to bank wide policies and processes.

    ~ Supporting the Vendor Management Lead, determine and execute the Information Technology (IT) Domains Vendor & segmentation strategy
    Builds, maintains and leverages strong network and partnerships within the IT Domain and within iVMO
    Relationship building and interpersonal skills across different functions within the end to end sourcing process (ie. vendors, Third Party Risk Management, Procurement)
    Data extraction, analytics & reporting to identify improvement areas and opportunities (eg. Domain and business process management knowledge
