Simple claims are currently expanding, and we are looking for an Accident Management Specialist to join the team.


The Job:

This role plays an integral part of the team as you will generally be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries, you will need to quickly assess the best plan of action for the client and be very supportive through what can often be a stressful time whilst ensuring the client engages with the


Simple Accident Management process, day to day duties will include:

  • Taking down detailed information of incidents and inputting this into internal system.
  • Assessing accidents to identify liability and determine best course of action.
  • Dealing with third parties involved in accidents including insurance companies.
  • Advise clients on plan of action for their claim.
  • Arranging car pick up, repairs and replacement where required.
  • Constantly initiate and evaluate opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Providing excellent customer service from start to finish.
  • Dealing with external organisations such as insurers, third parties, solicitors and repair shops.
  • Successfully reaching amicable solutions in often tense and stressful situation.
  • Following up on incoming leads from various sources.
  • Accurately inputting information into spreadsheets to monitor the incomings and outgoings.
  • Meeting company and individual KPI's.


We are looking for someone who is a peoples person with the ability to get on with people from all walks of life, you will be a go getter who is used to working to targets and a hard worker going the extra mile to get the job done.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with attention to detail.


We are looking for someone who comes from an accident management, claims handler or insurance background and someone who is flexible, experience working with various CRM systems is an added advantage.
