    £29 per hour (Inside IR35)

    I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join their team

    Job Description

    As Change Management Specialist, your main responsibilities are:

    • Lead and manage the product meeting, to accelerate throughout
    • Scrutinise business cases and support or challenge decisions to progress
    • Guide Engineering functions on the required steps to ensure timely release & implementation of all Engineering change in conjunction with manufacturing, MP&L, Finance & Purchase
    • Manage the handover of changes from programmes to running change
    • Publish Change Management KPI data to measure success & identify opportunities
