- This will involve working with trade groups and contractors staff to provide an effective maintenance, repair and installation service, which is responsive to the users needs and will involve the planning and organising of maintenance activities Person Specification
- Qualified in line with 17th / 18th Edition Regulations
- Qualified to City and Guilds combined Testing and Inspection.
- Hold a current and clean driving licence and be willing and able to commute between sites using their own or Trust vehicles.
- Knowledge of BMS, UPS,Fire and other systems.
- Completed a Structured ( city & guilds) training programme in Electrical Engineering discipline with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. (preferably in an NHS / maintenance setting)
- Completed a recognised Apprenticeship in Electrical engineering
- Ability to interpret detailed reports / instructions and writing reports, collating data and presenting statistically analysed information
- Experience and knowledge of NHS Estates function and operational
- Able to delegate and priorities own workload and staff under direct management
- Has interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with and manage contractors working on site ensuring Health and Safety and Trust policies are adhered to
