    Description


    What you'll be doing?Our Bedroom Furnishings division, BD Living provide furnishing solutions that will fit in with our customers' homes perfectly.

    This team supply's and fits storage and bedroom furniture, from cutting edge styles to contemporary classics.

    Reporting to the Sales & Installations Manager, coordinate the supply, delivery and installation of Fitted Bedroom and Office Furniture to customers of the Barratt Group.

    Overseeing the installation schedule, ensuring works are scheduled in line with business priorities.


    You will be expected to:
    Responsible for the creation and accurate management of the installations schedule, ensuring works align with business priorities.

    Support all customers in a welcoming, professional and efficient manner, delivering exceptional customer service to Divisions of the Barratt Group for the installation of fitted bedroom and sales office furniture.

    Manage data provided from Sales Department internally and from Group Divisions' ensuring that all information is proactively gathered and the installation works are completed as required.

    Ensuring master data is accurate and maintained.
    Liaise with Fitting & Service team to ensure resource information is accurate. Manage forward orders and review against available capacity.

    Schedule installation works for BD Living regional Fitters' and Drivers'.Schedule installation works for the production/manufacture team at BD Living in line with order requirements.

    Respond to regional customer queries, liaise with fitters, site and sales personnel regarding the programming and co-ordination of the installation of furniture throughout the Group's operating areas.

    Manage the complete service cycle from customer order through to site installation working to tight deadlines in line with Group's scheduled requirements.

    Schedule warranty/maintenance works in line with group SLA's.

    What you'll need?To be successful in the role, we are looking for:
    Experience within a planning/co-ordination role, ideally within the construction industry or similar.
    Customer Focused.
    Exceptional communication skills.
    Driven, organised and self-motivated with good time management skills.
    Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment with the ability to quickly analyse, manage and co-ordinate effectively.
    Excellent MS Office skills.
    Experience of field planning / routing software.
    Understanding of driving legislation / regulations.
