My client, a leading integrated wealth and professional services group are looking for a Marketing Manager - FS Lead Generation to join the team on a permanent basis.

Job purpose

To work with the Senior Marketing Manager in the development and execution of the acquisition marketing strategy to achieve commercial objectives through the creation and implementation of a multi-channel lead generation factory, owning the always-on, ever-greencontent and national event campaign plan and cycle including targeting strategies that create demand and conversion through direct channels

Key Responsibilities

Develop fully integrated campaigns covering both online and offline channels to drive volume leads and manage through to conversion

  • Support the Snr Marketing Manager to execute a consistent positioning into our marketing collateral and messaging, ensuring that all our touch points convey our positioning and promise clearly
  • Work with strategic partners to deliver against approved plans working with our SME teams to deliver creative and content
  • Develop and execute gotomarket multichannel, always on lead gen campaigns marketing directly to target customers
  • Delivery of the content strategy and plan
- covering the top FP, IM, and Business issues and optimising seasonal opportunities

  • Delivering 'always on/ever green' campaigns against the agreed plan, including targeting strategies that create demand and conversion through direct channels
  • Analyse and optimise the campaigns to improve conversion rates and achieve KPIs
  • Working with the SME teams to deliver excellence in campaign creative and content
Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience of multi matrix marketing planning and/or campaign management with a strong understanding of campaign integration and effectiveness,Experience with online marketing principles digital and social marketing
  • Demonstrable experience in a Marketing role in a commercial environment
  • Relationshipbuilding skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of online analytics tools
  • GA4, Hotjar, Full Story
  • Professional Qualifications and Education
  • Relevant marketing or industry professional qualifications desirable although not essential
  • University qualification desirable
