Description
Our NHS client is currently seeking a part time Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.

About
-
Hybrid working 2 days from home and 1 day in office (Thursday)

  • Must be available to work on Tuesdays and Thursday
  • Paying between £ £12.73 per hour
  • Weekly pay

Key responsibilities -

  • To support the organisation of system wide boards including Strategic Executive, Clinical and Care Professional Council, UEC Transformation Programme Board and other meetings. This includes agenda planning, forward planning, board organisation, paper preparation and circulation as well as minute / action note taking. Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and trust. Meetings and events are organised and administered appropriately in a timely manner including ensuring papers and minutes are completed within agreed timescales in an agreed format.
  • Providing administration support as and when required to senior members of the team.
  • Working together with other Administrators/PAs within the ICB to provide an effective network of communication.
  • Work closely with all transformation directorate members, including team members and clinicians/managers in partner organisations.
  • The PMO /ICS team have appropriate administrative support for projects and programmes, including organising meetings and creating project/programme documentation.
  • Structures are in place so that team members can find documents easily.
  • Ensuring that there are clear records of decisions made for the meetings organised ensuring that we can effectively track decisions with regards to business case investment.
  • Supporting other activities within the team as may be required.

Additional

  • Knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access (desirable)
  • Able to communicate information effectively verbally and in writing report writing, briefing papers, board papers
  • Attention to detail combined with the ability to extract key messages from complex analysis.
  • Independent thinker with demonstrated good judgement, problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Able to learn rapidly and adapt to new responsibilities, selfmotivated, use initiative and work to tight and often changing deadlines.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Good time management skills which support meeting deadlines'
  • Must be able to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays
