    Business Development Executive

    Location: Manchester

    The Role:

    • Opportunity to join as a 360-consultant, focusing on delivery and business development dependent on market trends
    • Proactively sourcing candidates and clients through headhunting, cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach and creating long lasting relationships
    • Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation and closing
    • Win and keep accounts you bring on
    • Opportunity for someone to join and have fast progression into leadership if desired

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • You need to be a driven and motivated individual looking to progress in their recruitment career
    • 6 months+ B2B sales experience with closing or permanent recruitment consultancy is essential
    • Experience within permanent Tech recruitment would be advantageous
    • You will have experience of headhunting including cold calling, LinkedIn Talent Pool creation, CRM searches and following a sales cadence
    • You must enjoy a collaborative and team focused environment and look to lead from the front
    • You must be commutable to the office in Didsbury 3-5 days a week minimum
