We have an opportunity for a Financial Accountant in Leicestershire, this offers the chance to join an growing Financial Institution to further develop your technical ability whilst being offered the scope to progress and develop within a growing financeteam.

My client is looking for a Qualified ACA/ACCA Financial Accountant who is looking move from practice or who has progressed through industry but is feeling that they are reaching a glass ceiling.

Like many Financial Accountant roles, you'll be taking ownership of monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, and statutory reporting.

However, you will also have the chance to own the reporting for group subsidiaries gaining a broader exposure and anability to improve and develop internal reporting.

Additional responsibilities will include:

Take ownership of the Fixed Assets.
IFRS.
EIR.
Liaising with auditors and handling queries.

This business has made acquisitions in recent years, as part of their ambitious growth plans it's likely that you will be able to be a part of the large projects to develop and improve IT systems.
