Leader Education are working with an independent SEMH School, based in Wisbech which support students with SEMH Needs, learning difficulties, challenging behaviour(ASD,ADHD, Dyslexia)

The school provides education for up to 20 pupils that are aged between years.

Providing 1:
1/2:1 and small group support.

The school are looking for a creative, dynamic, and inspiring Deputy Headteacher to continue the progression of the school. As a Deputy Headteacher, Leadership, management and development of both school students and staff are the top priority.

This consistsof many responsibilities, including:

Provide vision and ideas for learning styles and direction for the school so they can meet the aims and values set
Deliver the appropriate programme of study for KS2, KS3 and KS
Work closely with the Headteacher and Regional Manager to establish and implement the best vision and ethos for the school
Establish personalised learning routes, and identify the capabilities of every pupil to provide the best quality of education, care, and preparation for life of all students
Proactively manage staff and resources
Teaching experience/qualifications(QTS/QTLS)
Leadership experience
Pastoral skills
IT skills
SEMH experience
LAC experience (Looked after Children)

You will be required to have expertise knowledge in SEND, a clear and good understanding of your role and responsibility regarding safeguarding and child protection.
