We are currently recruiting for a Concierge team member to join our Radisson Blu Edwardian New Providence Wharf Hotel.**
Overview:
  • An Amazing opportunity has arisen to join Edwardian Hotels London as a Concierge team member.
  • The role of Concierge is an integral role within the front office team as they will support and offer excellent concierge services to our guest during their stay.
  • You will be responsible for assisting our guests with taxi bookings, reservations, and general enquiries.
  • The role of concierge will also involve assisting the reception team with check in and check outs as required.
  • You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service and standards at all times.

About You:


  • Current Concierge experience within a hotel environment within London.
  • Ability to delegate, assign tasks via needs analysis and individual skills assessment, objective setting, and communication.
  • Local area knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
