Lettings NegotiatorWe are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator in Brighton.
Our client is looking for someone with great customer service experience within a similar role in residential property or hospitality.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator:
Follow the lettings process through to completion in an efficient manner including; conducting viewings, property inspections, active communication and market appraisals
Negotiate with all parties on offers received and successfully agree a let
Being an active brand and product ambassador
Provide constructive and informative landlord feedback at all times
Ensure everything is being updated on the company software system
Rota:
Full time, 40 hours Monday-Saturday
Salary:
£21,500 - £27,000.

Requirements of a Lettings Negotiator:
Negotiation skills
Prior experience in a similar position
Customer service experience
ARLA / IRPM qualification
Knowledge of relevant Lettings and Estate Agent Acts
Ability to work towards targets and objectives
