Working for a leading Financial Services brand who provide Insurance products across home, automotive and travel sectors within a growing CRM Team currently of 6 people.

Job Introduction


Remote working coming into office on occasion
You will be responsible for all areas of communications
- new customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, advocacy and win-back, shaping the CRM action plan and creating multi-channel executions that deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

We utilise a suite of Adobe tools, therefore demonstrable experience of Adobe Campaign (or equivalent) is preferable. Knowledge of Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics would also be advantageous.

Main Responsibilities

As a CRM Executive your top 5 responsibilities are:

  • Designing and building CRM journeys in line with the CRM action plan.
  • Full end to end journey from landing pages to deployment of campaign (Using Adobe Campaign)
  • Fully utilising the tools and data available to design and deliver campaigns covering all areas of communications
- new customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, advocacy and win-back, across multiple channels, whilst delivering exceptional experiencesto our customers.

  • Analysis, segmentation and targeting of customers within internal database.
  • Proactively utilizing ideas and putting them forwards to better the personalisation of the campaigns across customer touchpoints from inception to delivery.
  • Someone who enjoys interrogating data to find insight and ability to proactively drive performance improvements
  • High desire to improve customer experience across multiple journeys
  • Quick learner and who enjoys pushing themselves to learn new tools, particularly using formulas and queries
  • Knowledge of CRM and has worked in digital marketing previously.
  • Excellent personal communication and presentation skills and able to come across as a professional, credible, respected representative.
  • Understanding of a Financial Services regulatory environment.
  • Selfsufficient and strong ownership skills.
