Taken on by Verdant Brewing Co in February 2024, we are offering a warm welcome, the best beer, and a food menu to be proud of.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes served, as well as maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, has strong leadership abilities, and thrives in a classic pub setting.

The Seaview is looking to operate a traditional pub menu, classic dishes set alongside tasty snacks.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations
Create and prepare menus, costed and ensure quality at good value
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques
Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry best practices
