Are you an experienced grounds management professional passionate about leading a team in maintaining pristine sporting facilities? We are seeking a dynamic Head of Grounds to oversee the maintenance of our client's state-of-the-art stadium and training ground.

This pivotal role combines hands-on leadership with strategic management, aligned with our vision of innovation and inclusion.
Developing and regularly reviewing maintenance programmes to ensure top-quality pitch conditions.

Budget Management:
Handling the department's budget and planning for seasonal needs.

Ensuring all operations comply with health and safety standards and managing the chemical application program to maximise pitch performance.

Education and Certifications:
NVQ Level 3/5 in Amenity Horticulture and Sports Turf Management, IOG National Diploma in Turf Culture, or BTEC/HND/HNC in Turf Science and Sports Grounds Management


Experience:

At least 3 years in a management role within a sports pitch environment, with demonstrated skills in grounds maintenance and construction, and proven track record in managing budgets and contractors.
