Merrifield Consultants are thrilled to partner the fantastic Nordoff Robbins to find their new Trusts and Foundations Officer.

We are looking for an ambitious Trusts fundraiser to maximise charitable income from trusts, foundations, the lottery and statutorybodies, mainly but not exclusively, at the four and five figure level.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside T&F colleagues to package up Nordoff Robbins' Music Therapy work and create costed new fundraising propositions that deliver against agreed priorities for fundraising
Help build the T&F prospect pool by monitoring grant updates, newsletters, websites etc.
To develop strong internal and external relationships in the context of donor development and support
Actively participate in Fundraising Department meetings and crossteam initiatives to ensure maximum opportunity is gained from external networks
Contribute to the development of new fundraising materials and engagement opportunities, such as project visits and 'open house' events

Skills and Experience

Takes pride in your work, is organised, selfmotivated and applies yourself methodically to meet agreed priorities and deadlines
Is happy to work independently, as well as collaborating with colleagues, contributing ideas and energy to the plans and general efficiency of the T&F team
Securing gifts from charitable trusts and foundations, statutory bodies and/or major donors
