    Excellent New Chef Opportunity at Popular Country Dining Pub & Restaurant

    A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Kidlington or a talented Chef de Partie to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant. The kitchen cooks food to 3AA rosette level and prepares meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The role is working 4 days a week Wednesday to Saturday so 3 full days off per week. This is an excelletnt opportunity to work in an award winning environment.

    Salary & Benefits

    • Salary £32k
    • Share of tips as well
    • 4 day working week - 3 days off
    • Work in modern kitchen for highly talented Head Chef & Owners

    The Role

    • Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
    • Brand New refurbished kitchen
    • Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant
    • Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to 3AA rosette levels

    The Person

    • You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant, Hotel or Dining Pub with 2AA rosette level kitchen or higher
    • Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
    • Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
