Perle Hotels is looking for chefs (commis chef, chef de partie, and breakfast chef) to join their successful and vibrant restaurants at the Bosville Hotel and Bracken Hide Hotel, in the Isle of Skye.

These are up to full-time 45 hours a week permanent contracts reporting into and supporting the Head Chef.

The Dulse & Brose restaurant at the Bosville Hotel reflects the vast Skye, Highland and wider Scottish larder: island and west coast seafood, Skye vegetables and salads, fine cuts of choice meat, Highland and east-coast Scottish cheese and delicious desserts to satisfy even the sweetest tooth.

The Am Braigh restaurant at the Bracken Hide Hotel offers the best of Skye produce, cooked elegantly, in a modern setting.

It takes inspiration from the wide variety of produce, seafood and delicacies on offer from the amazing Skye larder.

Where?
This position is based at The Bosville Hotel and the Bracken Hide Hotel, in Portree. The Bosville is contained within a trio of 18th-century cottages that have been lovingly restored and converted.

Our refined but cosy accommodation is situated right in the centre of Portree, opposite the harbour with some of the best views in town.

The Bracken Hide is a new four-star wilderness hotel, which connects guests to the magic of the Island, the stunning land and seascapes and the nature that abounds.
