The team is known for its dynamic, client focused and entrepreneurial culture.- The programme- As a graduate within Wealth Management you will spend time within a variety of different teams within the Wealth Management business, in order to help you build a broad and agile career within wealth management.- Together with your peers you will join a Schroder-wide technical training programme which introduces you to all aspects of the Investment Management business in preparation to do the Investment Management Certificate Exam and the CFA qualification as part of your training programme.

You will be in your final year of study or already graduated
