    Role: Office Executive

    Location: Manchester City Centre

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, Office Based

    Our client is a growing, professional services firm seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrative Professional. Here's your opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and play a crucial role in their Manchester office, collaborating directly with the Office Executive lead to enhance operational efficiency.

    What You'll Do:

    • Office Maestro: Maintain office operations smoothly. Handle facilities, manage mail, and ensure all essential supplies are stocked.
    • Client Onboarding Expert: Lead the AML checks, draft engagement letters, and support with KYC and risk assessments, facilitating seamless client onboarding.
    • Meeting Guru: Organize schedules, oversee meeting rooms, and manage visitor bookings, welcomes, and hospitality graciously.
    • Presentation Pro: Assist in creating engaging presentations and proposals, collaborating closely with senior team members to uphold the company's excellent branding.
    • Administrative Ace: Manage invoicing, format presentations, draft company correspondence, and more, offering vital support across various tasks.
    • Travel Coordinator: Occasional travel to other company offices, fully covered expenses.
    • HR Sidekick: Aid the Operations Director in HR responsibilities, from documentation to staff training coordination, onboarding, and induction.
    • Event and CSR Champion: Key involvement in coordinating company events and promoting the Corporate Social Responsibility program.
    • Health & Safety Steward: Take lead on health and safety duties, including First Aid and Fire Warden roles.
    • Operations Reporter: Provide timely and accurate reports to the Operations Director, keeping them informed of all updates.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Substantial experience in a Professional Services administrative role.
    • Business Administration qualification is advantageous.
    • Self-sufficient worker excelling in a team environment.
    • Trustworthy, confident, and filled with positivity.
    • Advanced (or intermediate) skills in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Proficient IT skills encompassing hardware and software.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication prowess.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management expertise.
    • Precise attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
    • Exceptional customer service orientation.
