As a People Partnering Coordinator you will join us on our journey and undertake a valuable role responsible for supporting our corporate functions and ensuring the smooth operation and implementation people related policies and process.

The People Partnering Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating communication between colleagues at all levels and contributing to the overall success of the people function.


The principal accountabilities will be to act a first point of contact from within the business areas for signposting and resolution of people related queries.

Identifying opportunities for colleagues and line manager education through the development of tools that mitigate standard queries and contact into the people partnering function.

Manage SuccessFactors workflows and track and chase the delivery of outstanding actions within functions as directed by the People Partnering Director and Senior partners.

Understand the people partnering function and people centres of excellence to ensure the correct flow of information and support for landing centralised people initiatives into corporate business areas.

Liaise with Employment Relations advisors to understand and support proactive solutions and education across functional areas.

Coordinate and support new job descriptions and job evaluation and ensuring profiles remain up to date in SuccessFactors and organisation structures are accurate.

What you'll need to succeed:


  • Knowledge of employment relations practices, methods, and techniques, including up to date understanding of employment legislation and guidance
  • Experience of working within an HR/People function is desirable.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable.
  • Ability to plan, organise and multitask.
  • Confident to challenge in a supportive and constructive manner.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Good numeracy and ability to analyse data/trends.
  • Professional, credible, and discrete with excellent attention to detail
