£50,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting for an experienced Qualified Solicitor to join the rural property department of an established regional Private Practice Law firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive Law firm with excellent potential for career progression.

What are the day-to-day duties of the Solicitor role?

Dealing with varied matters including agricultural, landed estates, farms, and property with acres.
Assisting and managing client portfolios of highvalue transaction matters.
Dealing with property transactions including sales and purchases, transfer of part, tenancies, deducing title, CPSE enquiries, and carrying out due diligence.
Drafting contracts, Deed of Easement, Deed of Covenant, and reports on title.
Reporting to the Partner and working with other colleagues in the team.
Managing and developing client relationships.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with experience in Rural Property or a Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property or Residential Property.
The ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
Experience of advising clients on highvalue transactional work.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
