About the Role


Working as part of a small team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Finance department.


  • Chase customers for payment.
  • Deal with customer queries. Liaise internally for answers and escalate if necessary.
  • Raise credit notes.
  • Send statements.
  • Use Finance systems (Therefore and Sage) and ERP System (Protean).
  • Produce adhoc reports as required by management.
  • Administration support and other adhoc duties

Required Experience/Capabilities

  • 2 years+ Accounts experience, preferably in Credit Control.
  • Experience using Accountancy software, preferably Sage.
  • Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • A good communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivated, wellorganised and selfdisciplined.
