About the Role
Working as part of a small team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Finance department.
- Chase customers for payment.
- Deal with customer queries. Liaise internally for answers and escalate if necessary.
- Raise credit notes.
- Send statements.
- Use Finance systems (Therefore and Sage) and ERP System (Protean).
- Produce adhoc reports as required by management.
- Administration support and other adhoc duties
Required Experience/Capabilities
- 2 years+ Accounts experience, preferably in Credit Control.
- Experience using Accountancy software, preferably Sage.
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- A good communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated, wellorganised and selfdisciplined.
