AMS are currently recruiting for Corporate Customer Service Advisors to work for our financial services client, at their office based in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

- £13.73 per hour

  • 35 hours per week


  • Monday

  • Friday, shifts to cover 08:00 16:00, 09:00 17:00, 10:00 18:00
  • Training will be Monday
  • Friday 9AM 5PM for 68 weeks
  • Start date 11/12/2023


This is an exciting customer service challenge, for which you'll receive some of the best training around, including an induction programme plus extensive ongoing support.

As an experienced customer service professional, you should be able to think on your feet whilst following agreed procedures, and you will bring the confidence to take clear and considered decisions - getting it right first time, every time.


  • Have experience in either over the phone customer service.
  • Be PC literate with good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Have a strong sense of accountability.
  • Have a passion for delivering first class customer experience.

All training will be conducted on site, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for 6/8 weeks.
Once fully trained you will work in the office twice a month.
