    Senior Sales Engineer - £40,000 - £50, % Bonus + Life Insurance + Enhanced Pension + International Market + Lead a Team + Growing Company + Career Progression

    Our client is a manufacturer of precision components to a variety of industries worldwide. They manufacture items such as Controllers & Temperature Probes.

    Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Senior Sales Engineer to lead their internal Sales Engineer team in Irlam, Manchester.


    Working Mon-Friday 8.00pm, the Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for leading a small team, whilst remaining 'hands on' with customers.

    Supporting the teams sales activities both pro active and re active to achieve orders and sales targets


    • Delivering feedback to head of sales on KPI's and Monthly Business Review requirements
    • Supporting the team with the implementation and use of business systems and processes
    • Drive and contribute to the achievement of sales performance of the region, identifying and proactively engaging with large or high potential customers, delivering an exceptional customer satisfaction experience
    • Meet and exceed key performance measurements
    • Must thrive in a high-performance environment, be able to multitask and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    The Senior Sales Engineer must have worked in a technical sales role previously. The person needs to be fluent in English, written and spoken.


    • Experience in a technical sales position
    • Experienced user of Microsoft office products, Outlook, Word and Excel.
    A good working knowledge of pressure gauges for industrial applications.


    • Another language(s): German, French, Spanish or Italian (not essential)s.
    • Working knowledge of load cells in industrial applications
    • Familiar with Sales Force CRM
    • Miller Heiman Sales trained
    The Senior Sales Engineer will receive a competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE % annual bonus
