Description

Due to growth and investment, the business is expanding and I am recruiting Account Managers to join a market-leading software company, based from their state-of-the-art offices in Manchester City Centre. The role is paying a basic salary of GBP25000,plus a GBP5000 bonus, and offers a great benefits package which includes 25 days holidays, a hybrid work model and a Subsidised Travel Scheme.

What will you be doing as Account Manager?
Manage the onboarding process from a customer care perspective, and deal with any concerns raised by the client or internal departments
Ensure customers are utilising their systems and make aware of any new products and features
Managing contract renewal and retention of your accounts and be accountable for any churn
Updating the CRM system with all communication notes and actions
Ensure customers are informed of any changes and improvements within the business

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience as Account Manager or a role managing a group of accounts is essential for this role
Experience in customer care, customer success is highly desirable
Experience in progressing customer issues, taking ownership and controlling the issue through to resolution
Excellent customer service skills, with professional telephone manner
Natural relationship builder
Passionate and personable nature
High level of self-motivation

Salary:
GBP GBP5000 bonus

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexi-time)
Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Hybrid working: 40% office based, 60% from home
