- Handling enquiries via phone, website and email and offering alternative options where suitable
- Liaising with trade customers via phone and email
- Occasionally assisting with processing of small orders for shipping
- Working as part of the office team to help assist customers at the trade counter as required There is no cold calling in the role
- Comfortable working with Word, Excel and email

- A salary of £23,000 to £25,000, depending on experience
