Page Personnel are recruiting for a Billing Account Manager for a progressive utilities business based in Salford.

In this role you will be responsible for relationship management of a number of key commercial accounts, this includes billing management across the client network.

The role will report directly to the Billing Team Leader and form a key part of the team.

The business offers excellent progression & development opportunities, a brand new office space and a choice of shifts from 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm.

Description

Billing Account Manager duties include:

Ensuring private network bills are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Endtoend relationship management for key accounts, including site visits
Drive accurate correspondence production to ensure payment in receive promptly and reduce queries
Handling complex queries received from your customers regarding bill value, meter reads etc
Responsible for day to day administration to improve data sets within your portfolio
Provide timely information for reporting purposes
Investigate complex customer bills and provide clear outcomes for customers
Lead client & stakeholder meetings, both virtually and in person.
