Job Title:
Waking Night Family Assessment Worker


Grade:
£22,509 to £28,143 (pro-rata) plus an additional £10.55 allowance for each night worked.


Hours:
Shift work 9.30pm to 7.30am


We are pleased to announce that we will be expanding our services to Wolverhampton and we are therefore looking to recruit a number of positions to join our already established teams in Coventry and Birmingham.

Purpose of the Job:


  • To work with families on a daytoday basis, observing and recording the parents' abilities to meet the immediate safety and care needs of their children. This will be completed through daily observations.
  • To ensure parents/carers prioritise the safety and welfare needs of their children
  • To create a supportive learning/relearning environment for parents and children
  • To provide childcare for children whilst their parents/carers attend Groups and Individual Sessions
  • To ensure the safety of children and families during the night
  • Follow procedures in place to ensure building is secure at night
