IT Infrastructure Analyst - Stevenage, United Kingdom - The Wine Society

Description

The IT Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for the infrastructure, security
and availability of the IT services and resolution of issues.

This is a critical role, required to help shape, deliver, and maintain the long-term technology strategy and roadmap.

You will take overall responsibility for the seamless implementation of
upgrades to the infrastructure, service availability and azure estate ensuring
availability, proactive monitoring, security of TWS networks and
infrastructure whilst adopting best practice, following agreed process and
proactively seek to reduce end user systems related issues.

This role sits within the IT Department, under the IT Technical Delivery
Manager. Out of hours support will be needed to fulfil the demands of the role.
This post is office based in Stevenage, and some remote working is available
with this role.
