Responsible for the development and operational management of a comprehensive, high-quality People Experience service
Self-motivated, proactive, a creative thinker whilst having a hands-on and collaborative approach
Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, and an interest in building relationships at every level within the organisation including external partners
Commercially minded in decision making and planning
Own our People structure and ensure full compliance against our key performance indicators, including Risk, Operations and CQC dashboards
Lead on performance management process
Develop key pipelines to support people growth and retention
Lead on reward, job banding and internal progression
Build a culture that celebrates performance and manages underperformance
Ownership of all complex ER cases
Build an outstanding end to end employee journey with key stakeholders
Develop and report People Metrics and insights dashboard to support people strategy

Experience

Qualified HR professional with high standards of operation
Proven Senior leader with clear thinking and good direction
Collaborative and supportive style to enable individuals to thrive and reach their potential
Ability to think strategically and practically to support a changing environment
MCIPD or equivalent experience
