You will be part of the Desktop Team and will be responsible for end user devices and associated incident and request managementWhat you will be doing
You will be the point of escalation for the IT Support Team.
Dealing with the Desktop Support queue in ServiceNow, ensuring Incidents, Requests, Problems and Changes are resolved in line with business needs.
You will administer co-managed devices within Intune, including software updates and Autopilot deployment along with MDM and MAM within Intune for mobile devices.
You will assist with new or ongoing IT related project work as agreed with/by the IT Support Manager. Producing technical training guides and documentation to share knowledge with internal teams including the IT Service Desk.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge and experience of ticket management principles
- Incident and Request management using an ITSM tool
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience administering Microsoft Config Manager (Current branch)
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience administering devices within Intune
- Patching and deploying updates to servers and workstations using Config Manager
- Creating, modifying, and running queries in Config Manager
- Building and updating corporate device images
- Windows 10 system administration
- Administration of Anti-Virus software and ability to run and read reports
- Scripting experience using Command Line, VBscript, and PowerShell
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) technologies and Microsoft Deployment Tool Kit (MDT) knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of using BitLocker in an enterprise environment
- A confident communicator who can engage at all levels
- Be able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment and adapt to change
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
