Description

The role is to support carers both practically and emotionally.

As a Carer Support Worker you will be responsible for supporting the Trusts Carer Strategy/ Triangle of Care within CMHT ensuring that our Carers needs are met through the delivery of high-quality support.

You will also ensure that our Carers are fully informed of opportunities to become involved with the Trust and the work it does, supporting the high standard of care we deliver to our service users.

Work closely with clinical teams, offering support to carers in their own right.
