A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator/Internal Sales personwith some previous sales experience to join a growing industrial production company based in Wednesbury.

The purpose of the role is to provide a professional first point of contact for customers, colleagues, and external business partners with the aim of providing an exceptional customer experience.

The role is based within a busy family run business, offering free on-site parking, up to 25 days holiday and pension scheme, alongside a salary of up to £35,000 for the right person.


The main duties will be:
" Speaking with existing customers regards quotations
" Processing of quotations on a daily basis.
Calling new, existing and lapsed clients to develop new business relationships
" Validate and process new customer accounts, assisting customers with any account related enquiries
" Maintain a strong and up to date working knowledge of all processes relating to relevant products and services.
" Work collaboratively with colleagues

Successful Sales Administrator will have the following skills:
" Customer service experience
Previous sales experience
" Computer Literate
" Ability to operate as part of a wider team working effectively across departmental boundaries and with external business partners.
" Ability to multi-task and prioritise workflow volumes to meet deadlines.
" Strong attention to detail and well organised
" Confident communicator
" Experience in the steel industry would be advantageous but not essential

This is a super opportunity for someone who has got some sales experience and can demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills.


Working Hours, Salary, Benefits:
Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm
Salary £24,000 - £35,000
