    Occupational Health Advisor

    RPS Occupational Health have an exciting opportunity for anexperienced Occupational Health (OH) Advisor to ensure the delivery of classleading service for the supply of case management, health surveillance, healthscreening and health promotion to an established client . This work isdelivered at our client site in Birkenhead . You will be the face of'quality service' for RPS Group and be responsible for the advice given andservice perception of the employee and organisation.

    This role can worked over 3 days pw (flex on which 3 days).

    You will be an RGN, with experience in all aspects of OccupationalHealth, Health screening, Spirometry Audiometry and HAVS. Case management

    A formal qualification certificate diploma or degree would beanticipated, however the correct candidate with experience and qualification inthe areas of health screening and case management would be considered

    You will be responsible for personal CPD to maintain yourNMC registration, hold a current UK full driving licence and have your owntransport. Where required refresher training would be provided by RPS tomaintain your competencies

    You must have a high degree of self-management and motivation,with the ability to work both alone and as part of a team. Excellentorganisational skills are essential to prioritise and manage a flexibleworkload. You will be proficient with all MS office suite applications,and have a flexible, open mindset and the ability to lead by example.


    Who we're looking for

  • RGN qualified holding a post-registration qualification in OH or experience andqualification in the various screening disciplines and vaccination certification and case management experience
  • Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health servicedelivery, case management, health surveillance and screening procedures,spirometry and HAVS testing
  • Willing to undertake personal CPD to maintain your NMC registration
  • Highdegree of self-motivation and management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficient IT skills including MS office suite
  • Strongteam player and able to lead by example
  • FullUK driving licence
